Reported to Avast. It actually grabs base, not mute, and that's with the newest (updated today) definitions. I reported it on to them also 
Just figured it'd be worthwhile to let people here know, so they don't find it wiped off of network shares for them

Of course, we know this to be bogus, but out of the blue now, Avast's new database caused the DP Base to be detected as a virus, and until I caught it it wiped out my local copy and network copy. Grr! Just a heads up for those running Avast!
