well luckily disregard this message... in Nlite you need to uncheck the drivers option and it will work
unfortunately it did not have all the drivers on the packs but i'm sure with updates and looking up how to make my own packs i will get through that

thanks again for help

This is from the last try i had
i know the time on the driver install was less than 10 min. but do not recall the exact time (i believe that was for both methods)
and i thought i mentioned it was DriverPacks BASE 7.05.2... maybe i forgot wnt5_x86-32_disc?

I installed all the drivers listed above... guess the log does help lol
also i did notice when i ran VirtualBox in method 2 of the driver install it did show 10 drivers being unpacked but of course no drivers are needed in VirtualBox

Sorry about confusion thanks again for help

My apologies... well in the virtualbox there seems to be drivers that come up as unknown and i did read that you didnt need drivers in the virtual machine which makes sense so i then burned it to a dvd had no problem booting it up and installing xp i guess if you could just run through the process with details that would be great or just correct what i did wrong when i ran through the process... i'll use my most recent try

Used a filesync program to sync xp into a folder on C
Opened xp folder with nlite
Checked all tasks...... do i need to uncheck drivers?
Integrated SP3
Used no hotfixes for now
No differences in components
Changed unattended a bit
No option changes
No tweaks
Did the process with no errors
Then went to driverpacks 7.05.2 which i have every driver 7zip file for
Opened up xp folder
Selected all driverpacks
Have used both slipstream methods (different try's)
I like the RunOnceEx finisher so i'm using that
Then normal settings for the rest
and everything is up-to-date

hopefully this helps i just noticed maybe its because i had the driver option checked and put that in there?

thanks again in advance for the help i tried to include everything i could find from your Read Before You Post

I am using Nlite created the cd with the SP3 and specs that i wanted
I want to use driverpacks with it i have tried to install it in many ways
- Before using Nlite
- After doing the nlite before making the iso
I then use virtualbox to open up the iso and do an installation every time i have not been able to get the drivers up and running
I have used pretty close to every setting in driverpacks but stuck with the same nlite settings and no extra drivers in there and only the SP3 with no added hotfixes

Thanks so much in advance for the help.
