Could you include in the DriverPack LAN, the drivers for D-Link DUB-E100 USB2.0 Fast Ethernet Adapter?
I need those for rev.B which you can find here:

D-link has also available drivers for the rev.A version of its adapter, which can be found here: http://support.dlink.com/products/view. … UB%2DE100#, but it's a bit messy with all those sub revisions.
