Hi Ra,
we have a bug with driverpacks, when anyone make a dvd with somme nightlis and beta, ans more then 3 ou 4 3rd packs, installation fail and setup not install any drivers,
so please try with this (all 10 pack + 2 3rd language pack + 3 or 4 3rd packs)

if it can help you, you can't founf pack who cause a bug, you can try some combinaison and it will work or not but the bug is not related to one pack

i have juste a question,drivers pack for windows Vista/Seven can be the same like for windows 2000/XP.
I installed windows 7 on some machines and vista drivers work on it so I understand that drivers will be developed for vista and seven in the future....no ??

i make an installation today and the graphic card was installed with generic driver and not with real driver, I use driver from nvidia site wab to fix this ^^

we try to found why drivers are extracted and not installed since one week
if you have time, try to make a DVD without 3rd packs or only 3rd graphic packs (without webcam,modem,misc,hid and others).
DPsFnshr.log, you will get it in C : / Windows
fingerprint software never work for me, and there was only enflish version and not multilanguage version !!

I dont think that ahci cause this, because i switch to IDE mode,when i performe an install, when installation finish, i don't have any driver installed.
about ahsci mode, it's very strange, because HDD are detected with this mode, installation performed, but in firt boot BSOD.
but the real probleme it's that I have any other driver installed (no sound,no graphic, no network, no wireless...)

today, I try to instal English XP in toshiba tecra a10 ptsb1e.
I integrate drivers packs in cd ans I instal, in first boot I have BSOD, but there is not ahci issue but I think it's another issue.
let me explain my self lol.
when I have BSOD, i skype from ahci to IDE mode in bios and I instal, 16 drivers packs are extrated normally but I found time very speed between 39 and 34, when instal finished, I have the surprise tha any driver are installed ( this notebook contains simple device like intel graphic card, realtek hd audio, intel wireliss card....)
so i think it's cause BSOD because HDD is detected in text mode but driver not installed like all others drivers.
