It looks to me like the bcmwl5.sys, in this newer 4.10.40.11 version, is a direct replacement/update to the driver currently in BR\D\2 and DE folders of the WLAN DriverPack. The other 2 files, bcm43xx.cat and bcmwl5.inf, are likewise direct replacements.
The DELL webpage says "US only", but the inf is multilanguage, as was the 4.10.40.0 version, and lists all the same cards. I think the updated files should be used in the referenced WLAN folders, but you guys do have the final say.
