Yes, I saw this mistake some times too.

rdsok
Try to disable LAN, Sound, Internal VGA in BIOS to prevent of BSOD. Try to disable in bios all, what you can smile.

rdsok
I'm confused again... HIDCLASS.SYS file don't mentioned in any inf file... how you fond out this file? :-[]

rdsok
I'm confused...  setupapi_no_AU.log and setupapi_all.log are fully identical (except time). Anytime, I believe AU folder causes BSOD, and it don't logged in setupapi.log. Try to clean AU folder, and add it's inf files one by one, up to that moment when BSOD was appeared.

rdsok, I haven't this driverpack and I don't know where is it, just I remember my experience. I don't try new DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_7056 witn your mobo because I haven't it now.

I think it important to know what inf file in C\N folder causes BSOD. In DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_704 was updated nForce drivers, I afraid it is cases your BSOD. Post here bsod code and name, and if you can setupapi.log file please.

rdsok, try please DP_Chipset_wnt5_x86-32_612, I was installed WinXP with that DP on Giga-byte GA-M55plus-S3G without BSOD.

And, if you can post here setupapi.log file.

muiz3, I can't to do something, close a topic.

ASUSTeK P5VD2-MX MoBo

Bâshrat the Sneaky, its need to verify that problem on some notebooks, I think. May be it usual hardware problem.

Bâshrat the Sneaky, no, I didn't.

On Asus P5B-VM Mobo incorrect driver installed - from D\S\SM\A\C instead D\S\SM\A\8. There is a more new driver in SM\A\C folder, but correct driver in SM\A\8. So Windows installs more new driver, i.e. from SM\A\C.

Temporary decision - to erase SM\A\C driver.

On Asus P5B-VM works fine.

Implemented already, in next driverpack.

Bâshrat the Sneaky, do you mean to add that suffixes in inf file? If so, I agreed what it will works too. Digital sign absent in driver, so changing of inf file not so bad.

Problem solved - add to txtsetup.sif next strings:

PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6101&CC_0101 = "pciide"
PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6111&CC_0101 = "pciide"
PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6120&CC_0101 = "pciide"
PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6121&CC_0101 = "pciide"
PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6140&CC_0101 = "pciide"
PCI\VEN_11AB&DEV_6141&CC_0101 = "pciide"

Verified on Intel DG965RY Mobo. It works! Thanks to iSmart for response!

tastyratz, try to add in txtsetup.sif next strings:

PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2360&CC_0101="pciide"
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2361&CC_0101="pciide"
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2363&CC_0101="pciide"
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2365&CC_0101="pciide"
PCI\VEN_197B&DEV_2366&CC_0101="pciide"

muiz3, that problem with SiI3112r or SiI3132. If SiI3132, I can to test too.

Busel, send setupapi.log to me - debugger (at) nextmail (dot) ru

zilexa, do you can to find and copy driver from Windows folder in test A (when everything works) and to compare them with driver from driverpack?

proximous
I'm afraid during the install process Windows more carefully checks hwids, than after.

I will add a driver in next driverpack. Do you can to find driver of more latest version?
