How to choose & install individual Driver/s using WPI/ batch/ script

so here's the scenario, i'll have all the driverpacks in my OEM folder on a CD\DVD, windows is already installed and needs sound & video driver, i'll open WPI, tick graphics*.7z and sound*.7z then click install or just double click batch file or script.

it would then extract ( drivers to a temp folder on C:\D ) only the selected drivers will be extracted then detect & install the correct drivers and delete the temp folder.

this is for real and to make it short am seeking to hire a programmer, but i have to test their skills.... but this program is a bit confidential so that is why i can't just post the project like that without the programmers sign a confidential agreement.
