Same here. No joy with the downloads. Just being re-directed to driverpacks list.

@Bomania
You need to use DriverPacks Base found here: http://www.driverpacks.net/DriverPacks/ … .php?pag=b

This will slipstream/integrate driverpacks into your XP Source with all the necessary entries required.

Hope this helps.

I haven't changed my bios for over a year now.

I have used every driverpack/base released for nearly 2 years. (I always check driverpacks.net on a daily basis)

Previous versions have worked ok

I am sorry if I am causing a nuisance.

I have tried both ways with and without cardreader.

WITHOUT= Installs with no problems.
WITH= Same issue (as described in 1st post) I do agree with you that it is being caused by cardreader.

I can't get my head around the fact that everything goes ok with previous builds. But as soon as I use Latest versions of Driverpacks & Base I now get this error.

Why would previous builds work ok with NO problems, but using current versions now show this error?

Back Again.

Just tested new versions of CD and DVD.

Both versions have the same issue described at top post.

I'm burning new discs now 1xCD and 1xDVD to see if that is the issue (Just in case)

CD= Windows with driverpacks (No Addons)
DVD= Windows with driverpacks, Addons (RyanVm), and Seperate Application Folder containing all Apps that I install after setup is complete.

Will advise of results once tested.

Hi Bashrat.

All previous builds have worked lovely with cardreader installed. It has only gone like this since using the updated Base pack , MassStorage and Graphics that have recently been released.

I always use a brand new CD/DVD disc, when new versions are released, never trusted a RW for Windows installs.

Thanks anyway.

I can only assume an entry is either wrong or missing within Packs/Base Pack.

Hopefully this will be fixed in next release.

Thanks for all your help smile smile

Just tried to disable card reader. No way of doing this unless physically removing it.

Why would this be an issue now when all have worked previously without disabling any hardware?

Sorry for being a pain!!!

Hi Muiz3,
Yes. Internal Cardreader.
I haven't had this problem with previous versions of Base Pack/Driverpacks (apart from the 1 mention above (2006))
Version DPs_BASE_6086 - DPs_BASE_612 (No Problems)

Or could this be caused by the new mass-storage pack?

Any Ideas?

Hi all!,
I've created my UnAttended XPCD using method 2 of the driverpacks integrator (default 937). The problem i'm having is when I install XP with driverpacks I get an error at the very beginning of the FAKE SETUP.

This error is:

WINDOWS NO DISK
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert disk into drive

Cancel Try Again Continue

If I click Continue 4 times installation then continues as normal.

I remember having this issue with an old version of the driverpacks (Can't remember what version, I know it was last year (2006) sometime, which was fixed with an updated version of the base pack/DriverPacks)

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Can it be fixed by changing certain entries?

I appreciate all the help on this matter as it is not really an unattended CD if I have to click options during setup.

Thanks in advance
