The decon utility was a act as a device manager in computer and uses a command line utility for that. By using this You can be enable, disable, update, restart, and query individual devices. A USB driver 3.0 is latst version of this and it was came in market in 2009 and 2010. It was very speedy protocol that allows for data transfer having a speeds up to 5.0 gigabits per second or 625 Megabytes per second which was about ten times faster than the USB 2.0 protocol.

It was a little quite a sad news that a vista was gone and windows 7 take place of it and very speedy. And I also jump form vita to windows 7 because it was a quite a nice OS than vista and from vista, windows 7 is more user friendly. An contain a nice features in it then vista.

Windows 7 will be supported by a DELL laptop or desktop and it will be a perfectly running on a DELL. I am using these. I think you have to re installed it and again try it. If you again get a problem then update your driver because it will be possible that a if you contain a low configuration that windows 7 will not be supported to it.
