Hey guys, I wanted to report I'm having a similar problem. The two that are giving me problems are the 10.06 Sound A and Sound B for Windows 2000/XP/2003. I was able to get everything else to come through, many after a half-dozen or so retries, but these two are the only two that keep doing it to me.
I've tried from three different locations around the Washington DC area with all of them ending at the same point at Robb0 describes.
I hope this helps track down the issue. Any suggestions in the mean time to grab those two files via an alternative route?
