I have the same problem

You don't have permission to access /DriverPacks/DP_Graphics_A_wnt5_x86-32_611.7z on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I use the different computers and the same ISP it still don't work
I try to use IE6 and FireFox 2.0 , it's the same message
What should I do to download the DriverPack and I come from Taiwan using the ADSL which is dynamic IP
