on the files contained in subfolders...i'm not sure if Windows will automatically search for these files in subfolders or not. but other software that parses the infs still have problems with the files being in different locations. if the drivers work as far as Windows is concerned then don't bother fixing them.

\BE\1 :
gewmi.mof is definitely referenced, but i don't know if it's even needed. i was prolly wrong about this one but i dunno. will find out later.

\MI missing MN110-50.sys (MN110.inf) (these 3 are in MI\Drivers)
\MI missing MN120-51.sys (MN120.inf)
\MI missing MN130-51.sys (MN130.inf)
\N\3 missing FA410ND5.sys (NETFA410.inf) (located in \N\3\WIN2k)
\SM\3 missing SMCEZ251.sys (NETSMCEZ.inf) (these 2 are in \L\SM\3\Windows)
