You need to add the driver in your image (use mass storage pack) and specify the hwids in sysprep.inf massstorage section.

The best option for you would be to run save_hwids.exe (located in my sig), identify the hwids that dont have a driver assigned and then do a search into the extracted driverpack folder for those particular hwids. Once you have a match, you can manually install your devices. Windows will only look in specified folders for drivers unless you specify it in regedit with "Sysprep Driver Scanner" for instance.

No vista so far, the dp base has not been updated in the last 5 months, untill we get an updated version all we can do is add/update and fix the driver packs.

We have something to celebrate.

The input from people like TazmanianDevil, Debugger, eXoRt, DizzyDen, ReiniM, FragBert, Chud, Twig123, Stiertje, Jaak, Mr.smartepants, Muiz, RuudBoek and several other members pays off.

You know who you are,  We are sure we forgot to mention some, and apologise.
Your suggestions and help with the fixes work.
We said it before, and we will say it again.
We need you to help us help you.
Some folks realised this is what makes things really work.
Instead of having to constantly fix things with each update, they decided they could just as well help fix them for keeps.
They decided to become helpers. They provide fixes and help test the solutions we worked on, and in the process the team grew.

One major breakthrough would not have been possible without your tenacity.
We got a workable solution around something which had been a thorn in our sides for a long time.
An experimental we are running on SiLicon Image Mass Storage was suggested by Debugger.
The guy is a genius. This Russian guy does not write fluent English, but we are not going to hold that against him.
We should welcome his efforts, and not forget many people like him are in the same spot.
Most of the people helping you help us do not natively speak English.

We are working on solutions for sometimes difficult to fulfill REQ-uests.
This is not a typo.
When you have a REQuest topic, let your topic title show it.

The Overview page shows that Sound A, Sound B, Graphics A and Graphics B were updated.
We are presently working on LAN, Mass Storage and Sound B updates, they will be available soon.
It would not be possible without you.

Thank you for helping the Team.

The next pack to be supported will be LAN and Chipset, for now, we need to make sure there is no duplicated hwids in the LAN pack then it will make life easier for the coder. In a near future....

Nvidia drivers don't work in PE anyway, you need to use Joshua plugin, and remove the NV folder.

Here's the plugin: http://www.drowaelder.de/winpe/nic_NFor … ll-RIS.Cab

It will be fixed tonight, I noticed the issue was well.

DizzyDen can you tell me on which creative sound card you did your test ?

This version is older than the one use in driverpack but the one in driverpack does not contain your HWID (device), so there's no easy fix for this. We will have to edit the INF file, I need to speak with Jaak to make sure it will be compatible even after INF edits.

I found solutions for both issues, expect a new pack tonight or tomorow. big_smile

I noticed that one was missing when I tried my PE CD into a PowerEdge 2900, it will be integrated in the nightlie version.

Mail sent. big_smile
