I disabled everything: Windows Firewall, Windows Defender, Symantec Antivirus & Flashget, but it doesn't work!

Disable firewalls / download managers, *sigh* (anything that changes your referrer).

I want to download all packages and I've tested it at many PCs, but the links are forbidden. Is there any other way to get them, via email or torrent?
