The custom start ID is when the DP Base is run in runonceex. First, second, third... 937th.

1:i have integrat my own soft through "winnt.sif" at its "GuiRunOnce"
how can i make sure that "RunOnceEx"and "GuiRunOnce" won't conflict? because they execute at the same time!

2:what to do with that "ID"
