error copying file atirt2xp.cat, atirt2xp.inf, attinppt2.ax, attinavt2.sys, ativmc01.cod

How do I resolve this?  I am doing this as a fix that my all-in-wonder tv keeps telling me no signal.  It worked fine before I upgraded.
