			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>There seems to be a quirk with using the DriverPacks along with XP SP4, specifically it doesn&#039;t like any of the drivers being kept.</p><p>The finisher runs just fine if no drivers are kept, but if any are it crashes out with the message &quot;could not delete DSPdsblr.exe&quot;. Tested on a XP pro source with SP4 slipstreamed and no other modifications.</p><p>It has been suggested that due to the presence of a few sp4*.* files, the finisher mistakenly believes it&#039;s working on Windows 2000.</p><p>Here&#039;s a copy of the failing settings file.</p><div class="codebox"><pre><code>[General]

Now, 15+years later they are spending millions to refurbish it to try again - will have to wait and see how that goes.&nbsp; Some communities are fining people for NOT watering their grass (and, thereby, keeping up appearances) - go figure. The water police are out in some places ticketing people for those watering their grass but allowing street/sidewalk runoff (which I see every day driving around my home town). </p><p>I live in the middle of the Mojave Desert so water is an issue and some folks are removing their grass and getting help from the&nbsp; water district. My front/back yards are nothing but desert landscape - no wasteful water here.</p><p>Climate researchers are suggesting an &quot;El Nino&quot; may help somewhat this year - will have to wait and see. Last one - about 10-12 years ago - really saturated this area - major flooding.</p><p>Still have too many locals refusing to accept &#039;climate change&#039; as the reason.</p>]]></content>
