Thanks Bionicmaster for the clue. I'm making a multiboot DVD, and my boot folder hadn't the updated files. So, the solution is copy all the updated *.SY_  files from I386 to the boot folder and all works fine.

I burned it in low speed constructed with cdimage CD, and same problem, ATIIDE.sys was not found...
