Here is the Broadcom BCM43XX, 5.60.350.23. This version is needed for some HP laptops to make the F12 wireless key work.
The executable is not needed but I left the package original although its in 7z format.

Did this occur running DISM in any other OS than win8?
Just noting that XP fails to read most win8 Security Catalogs.
Does win7 choke on some win8 Security Catalogs as well?
