			<description><![CDATA[<p>When trying to update the DPBase via the update checker, I receive the error message that the driver pack is unavailable.&nbsp; It does this on all the driver packs.&nbsp; This occurs when running the program as administrator and running in XP SP3 compatibility mode. Any Suggestions?</p>]]></description>
