Well why did you post in the NT5 area then?
jmide.inf is from 2006. I don't think it's needed for Win7.

the file exist for winnt5... but in win7-winpe (setup, the file isnt there

in windows 7 i integrate the drivers with "dism /Add-Driver /Driver:D:\dp\M /recurse /image:D:\mount\boot\

then dism will find over 100 Drivers .... But the controller is missing in raid-mode

Please post your DPs_BASE.log and HWID list.
jmide.inf is not missing. It's right where it is supposed to be in NT5 dpms. \D\M\J\
If that file is missing in your build then you are doing something wrong.
I have this same controller and while I don't use it in RAID configuration, my builds test fine in standard IDE mode.

I have found a Bug, that jmraid (IDE) doesnt work on all OS`s

when i use the "JMicron Raid Controller" (jraid jm36x) in Raid.Mode, then the IDE-Controller is missing in windows Setup and Windows installation is failed! when i integrate the missing "jmide.inf" then the controller is useable... =/
