Ah, you had NOT mentioned you were using UBCD4win. That changes everything.
I edited your topic title to reflect you are using UBCD4win.
The BartPE plugin will ONLY accept dpms, LAN & WLAN. That's it. All other DriverPacks will be grayed out.

thanks for the quick response. I have the LAN driverpack assembled, and I also have the UBCD4Win built and working - but I am a bit confused as to what fixed it. I had not selected the <config> option on the Base Driverpack with my earlier trials and I suspect the desired LAN driver actually was in the official LAN DriverPack, but had not been slipstreamed in due to my error. The driver involved is the Netrtle.inf package and is also now in the 3rd Party Driverpacks folder, but I do not see any indication that the 3rd Party Driverpacks folder was accessed during the UBCD4WinBuilder run. If I look in the DPs_Base.ini file, I see at the end in the [SelectDriverPacks] DPs_3rd_Party="no" and I also have not seen any place where that selection is changed through the gui - Is that something that would need to be manually edited in the .ini file to get the 3rd party packs to be included?

All appears to be working now, so other than my confusion, all is okay and I really appreciate your help.

I am trying to add a new LAN driver to my ubcd4win build, but am not able to get the DPs_Base to see it. I have named it as DP_DellInspironLAN_wnt5_x86-32_110927.7z and have a file structure like:
+ M
|----+ 3
       |----+ R
              |---+ file 1
              |---+ file 2
              |---+ etc for rest of files

I have tried with the 7z file located in the DriverPacks folder with the other standard packs and also
in a folder named 3rdPartyDriverPacks located inside the DriverPacks folder. What have I done wrong?
