Wim wrote a guide about 4 years ago, which I modified about 2 years ago. It needs updating for the newer AMD drivers. It's in the NT5 DriverPacks Team forums which you currently don't have access to.
It's a well kept secret, but not overly difficult.

There is the ATI Mobility Moder but it is old

Just wanted to know how it is done in the driver packs
