I've removed I4 again for version 1106r2 because it didn't fix your problem.
Let us know if you manage to solve your problem and what you did to fix it.

IE, can you confirm that version 9.01 WORKS on your system? If not, what does?

Can you post your DPs_BASE.log from your last build please?

you may not make changes to your source after DriverPacks... (don't add anything after you run BASE)

Are you asking when the blue screen appears? Lower left corner of a blue screen appears when installing windows. Has yet to select the drive that step.

What I meant was after integrating the test version of dpms into your server 2003 source using DriverPacks BASE, then creating the .iso, then burning that .iso to disc, then boot the affected system from that disc is the BSOD error cleared and the windows setup screen (blue screen with white text) appears and allows you to select the drive to install on to? Sorry for the confusion.

I said above is pure MSDN installation disk integrated DriverPack MassStorage.not any third party text driver.

Wait, you add those drivers AFTER integrating DriverPacks? That reg file is going to wipe any changes.
Please try 11.06r1 on a fresh untouched source and let me know if the txtsetup portion works. You don't have to actually install the disk, just let me know if you're able to "see" the drives at setup.
