I've changed the behaviour of the DriverPacks Finisher now. From now on, it will only try to recursively delete a directory, and if that fails it will immediately write a new value to the RunOnce key in the registry to retry it one more time after a reboot.

Could you please post your DPsFnshr.log?

The cause is not the DriverPack or how the DriverPack is built, but it's the driver itself, or Windows. It doesn't hang btw, it just retries during 10 minutes.

Reason: from log

Cannot delete the file 'C:\D\B\A2\attmusb.cat'. The file is probably still in use by one of the executed commands. Waiting five seconds until retry.

Looks like the problem is 3rd party DriverPacks' DP_Broadband_wnt5_x86-32_133
