mr_s is correct netbooks are not designed for gaming. (See alienware for gaming quality laptops)
having said that your netbook does exceed the minimum requirements for the game.

that should have a gig of ram and 256 of that dedicated to video.
Try to update your video / graphics drivers and cross your fingers.
Try adding a couple Gig of RAM (there may not be 256 MB of ram after the OS loads.)
if that doesn't work ... oh well... your not supposed to put a square peg in a round hole to begin with.
