Updated to {DriverVer = 03/23/2012, 11.45.4.3} WHQL'ed for XP x86/x64 & Server2003 x86/x64

I already have those from when I updated the Win7 DriverPack LAN.
11.41.3.3 was implemented in 11.03.

New xp drivers available. You're probably already on top of it, maybe this helps, though.
