I took your advise, and sent this to AVG for verification.

It's wrong.
Can you post the name of the exact file that's causing the problem?
You can report the file to AVG as a false positive (upload the file to their server) and once they verify it, they'll remove it from their definition file.
I use Symantec and none of the files are flagged as suspect.

I might be wrong on this but when I ran my AVG 2011 scan on DP Sound B 10.09 (Windows 2000/XP/2003), the AV detected a Win32/Heur virus.
