While looking for a way to make a customized WinPE 3.0 with a Start menu for my job, I stumbled across a free utility that does all of the work for building. All you have to do is extract the file to the root of your C: drive and download/copy the necessary files needed for the debugging utilities and the build. After that, all I had to do was make modifications to the programs and the Start menu for the customized stuff my work uses. In relation to DriverPacks, I just downloaded and extracted the x86 versions of the LAN and MassStorage Vista/7 DriverPacks to C:\BuildPE\Drivers\Network and C:\BuildPE\Drivers\Storage accordingly. When you build, the utility uses DISM to add all of the drivers using the switch for recursing.

Below is the site for utility.
http://mikespcbabble.com/WinPE3.aspx
I wasn't sure if I should post this here or in the BartPE - UBCD4Win - WinPE forum, since it is a utility yet it is only for WinPE. Please move accordingly.
