I grabbed the ones from Intel, not Dell.  They should be the same though.  Does it work?

Here are a two links for HECI/AMT (SOL) drivers that are on some Dell Clients. According to Dell they are from march 2010.
Would you mind adding them to the chipset packs ? (XP and Win7)
