Hang on a minute...Did you even TRY to use DriverPacks?  Which DriverPacks did you use?
Because there's newer drivers than the ones you linked to in the current DriverPack LAN for your hardware!

I also need to aquire thes rest of the drivers related to this PC but for now the LAN is most important as I can generally find the rest easily once I have local access to the internet. If somoene can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
