You only need the most recent version of each. So for DriverPack Graphics A, you only need version 9.12.1, which is the current version.
There is no DriverPack Graphics A 9.12.2

Please, does anybody can tell me if I download the Graphics A Pack Version 9.12.2, I need download the Graphics A Version 9.12, 9,6, or 8.12.1?

I Think, the graphics A Pack 9,12,2 have the others packs or not?
