Yeah... you found the log...
But that particular log shows you just opened and closed DP_Base.exe, and did nothing else... LOL...

there is a sub-folder of your BASE install, where we archive the logs to... "\LogFiles\"
when DriverPacks BASE archives them they get date stamped too ...
You will notice that if you do a slipstream the logs contain a lot more info... and are a bit bigger.
- It is not really important right now.
I now have enough info to at least be able to give you a push in the right direction.
Ten posts instead of two... but no real harm was done.

If it fails tomorrow then I may need to see the log from the actual slipstream of DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_909r6.7z to your source.

Hopefully the "latest version" *(now that you actually have it) will work and that will be the end of this issue...

We have files that are not available from the main pages.
- Only for testing team, or for issues like yours etc...
Our packs go through MUCH testing before they ever get released.
In fact most packs never prove out to be stable enough to be considered for release to the public .

that version is an RC version - it is a candidate for being released, a few good reports from the testing team and users like yourself and it may jsut become a final release!

Give that a try and see if it works and please let me know if that fixes it for you!

You have to help us to help you. Please!

Looks like you have been around for a while, so you should be familiar with how we do things by now .

Obviously it is a little too late to read it before you post ,
but perhaps you can still redeem yourself in your second post.

rules and guidelines.

If you create a post that says "I am looking for a driver for"

is specifically listed as a bad thing.

We simply are unable to find drivers for people, even if we want to.
How the heck are we supposed to know if a driver will work or not????
You are the one with the hardware to test with, not us.
We don't have a secret warehouse containing one of each and every available PC that was ever on the market.
We consider it rude when we are asked to do this, mostly because It not a very well thought out request.
Let me repeat, how can we possibly know if a driver will work without being able to test it?
If we HAD a known working driver we would have already put it in the pack... Right? - Think about this for a second .
Also please consider we may have already added your driver... Since we do not know which DriverPack MassStorage you used it is possible you are using an older one, a newer one may already contain your driver. There may have been an error adding the packs to your source... without your DPs_BASE.log we don't know...

If YOU can find one we don't already have then please submit a link to it and we will gladly add it . We just love to do that!

Please take a moment to submit your HWIDs using the 'HWIDs tool' linked to in my signature.
Then we can at least verify that there either IS or IS NOT supposed to be a driver in the pack to support your hardware.

If you had poked around the forum a little we would already have your HWIDs and DPs_BASE.log in your post above.
They are the minimum requirements for us to properly assist you.
Providing any of the other items listed in read before you post is also quite helpful .

I would like to ask you if you have any informations about Toshiba MK2555gsx ata drivers because I have Windows 7 and I really don't like it. It is similar to Windows Vista and it becomes slow after a week or two. I decided to Downgrade to Windows XP but when I inserted the XP Installation CD, I got a blue screen before the paritioning step. I have already integrated all Drivers from DriverPacks, and I installed Windows XP from this CD many times in another computer. But when I wanted to install it in that computer it won't continue. I searched for my Hard Disk Model and it seems to be Toshiba MK2555gsx so is there any drivers for that. If you can find them I will appreatiate it. Thanks.
