my grphic card drivers never install now but used to over 1 year ago

my answer file has these 2 sections that should be ok for the driverpacks but i am not sure

    OemPreinstall=Yes
    DriverSigningPolicy=Ignore
    NonDriverSigningPolicy=Ignore

can anyone help please
