I was able to reproduce it and therefore submitted it to the bugtracker: When 3rd party DriverPacks selected for slipstream, it will also be enabled for KTD (if KTD is set to "select") although not selected.

When I am selecting the Drivers that I want to keep for after the installation. (Lan and Wlan) I save these settings for multiboot. When i open these settings to verify or edit the 3rd party modem pack is set to keep these drivers as well even though they where not selected. I am sorry have not tested this with any other 3rd party driver pack as I have been busy but for sure the modem pack 1.8.5 is doing this tried it 2wice.

That autoupdate was a flaw that existed in the 6.07 betas and release candidates and was only discovered in 6.08 ( I found it myself). It's already solved in 6.08.1, which means those who had already updated to 6.08, will have to do a manual update to 6.08.1 (just delete the current BASE, but keep the DriverPacks, 3pdps and QSC directories, download the new and extract it.

Complaints about the translations should be posted in the translations forum. Bugs in the translations should be submitted to the bugtracker.

autoupate dont work. dont get the following message if i try to update to 6.08.1 from the 6.08:

download it manual the new base and there i cannot select my location if i use the german language file. english work here. but dont translate disk with scheibe. i think "verzeichnis" is much better!

Bashrat when you select driver packs for ktd looking at the the ini file, it is automatically selecting the 3rd party pack to keep even if it wasn't selected in the gui. Or at least it is for the new modems driver pack. I'll try with a different one and let you know.
