how long does that same machine take to boot after a clean install with the only change being DriverPacks added to source?
(and no other changes to your source or target - no AV no Defrag ect..)

What is SystemRoot? LOL... try typing %SystemRoot% into the windows explorer address bar and hit enter.

Ive also tried to integrate the sp3 by using nlite still the problem occur the boots takes to long after the dp was installed.

is there any conflict in this av software?

btw what is the systemroot?is this the dp root folder in drive c

after the install the finisher removes all traces of DriverPacks from your system... there should be no residual effects.

The SystemRoot\D folder is removed after you install?

You install nothing but windows XP sp2? no AntiVirus or Spyware or defrag or other software after the install?

Device manager is clean?

What if anything is listed in Run and Runonce registry locations?

this also happens on my clients laptop and pc after the installation. but when Ive removed this dp a clean install of windows the boot seems to be normal

Or do you mean everytime the PC is booted to windows after the install?

can you provide some more details perhaps include your DPs_BASE.log? Did you use RVMI, AutoImage, nLite, hfslip or other update packs or slipstreams?
