They should be. The Win7 version of "sigverif" doesn't support folder scanning, but the XP version does.

To verify signatures on a RUNNING system, click 'Start'->'Run', then type "sigverif" (without quotes) which will launch the signature verification tool, then click 'Start'.
To verify signatures in a FOLDER using SigVerif.exe, launch it as above (in XP), then click 'Advanced', 'Browse' to your folder, click 'Include subfolders', then 'OK'.

This only includes the ATI Catalyst, and nVidia GeForce drivers (in first post).
I don't know, I don't use W7T.

Hello, can anyone please tell me if this includes all latest drivers for video cards or is there a Graphics B x86 9.09 being created?
Can i integrate drivers using Windows 7 Toolkit?
