IBM/Lenovo have a tool called Update Retriever to create software repository

Thank you, you just saved me a ton of time. Navigating Lenovo's site is absolutely awful. I plan to write an autoit script to download drivers, at which point I'll do my best to contribute to the driverpacks, but you just helped me a ton.

Well I was thinking that as i go along i will need more drivers. when i get a few more i would like to have a tpm drive pack. I know of 7 different drivers just from IBM and lenovo. But i thought that for now i would start with one laptop and work from there.

It was reported by one of my field techs that he got an error while using this driver pack. He click "ok" on it and it finished with no problems. It seems that one of the drivers wants to copy itself to a folder that has not yet been made. I will look into it tomorrow and see whats going on with it. I also have the finger print scanner driver and will add it tomorrow.

Well personally I don't like the idea of a pack for a specific laptop model since many manufacturers/vendors share drivers. Instead you could make sure that all those drivers are included in their designated packs ( audio, chipset, misc (smartcards), etc..)

Hello all,
Here is my first try at making a driverpack. I have tested it on a lenovo t500 laptop and it install everything expect the finger printer driver. I still looking for it.

I have added the finger print driver (Authentec Swipe sensor WDF drivers) to the pack and have upload it. I changed the link above. If you see a path error during install just click ok and it will finish with no problems. I am looking into why it comes up with a path error.
