			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yah, got that this afternoon.&nbsp; I was hung up looking dorectly at the user control panel applet.&nbsp; That used to work.&nbsp; I hate it when msft cleans up the gui back doors......</p><p>At home I use this option to setup occasional/guest users.&nbsp; When they aren&#039;t here, their uid gets disabled.&nbsp; Their files/settings/faves are retained until next time.</p><br /><p>thanks</p>]]></description>

I never tried to learn more about it as far as command line options and such, but Holy Cow if you can research this that&#039;ll be something, eh? </p><p>I must admit...why this option? (Disabling...Lockout I can barely understand) I&#039;ve used it to piss my mother-in-law off in the past.</p>]]></description>
