for Thinkpad X61s etc
there are some HWIDs which were present and others not. Anyway i will update with this version as is more recent.

ThinkPad Z60m, T60 etc
The HWIDs are present in the directory "IB3" and are the same version.

For ThinkPad T400s
the HWIDs are not present, so i am going to include it.

After the install if I wait a while the sound starts to work. There is a delay after install before sound starts working.

your HWID is present in the directory "IB2", can you post please the file setupapi.log to see what is happened.
Anyway i will update that directory because your drivers are most recent.

Did you try the new 907rc1 DriverPacks? Major may have already fixed your problem.
