Its possible that the licensing is causing the message if its being installed on a non IBM machine.

What hardware are you using, and are the Bluetooth Drivers  working once installed?

"To install WIDCOMM bluetooth software you must have Administrator privileges", clicking 'ok', then 'finish' lets it finish ok.

Not sure if its the way the BT pack is put together or issue with the finisher, to be honest i havent looked into it, just reporting it for the moment.
