			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>PS</p><p>Also found it was not called ATIPTAXX in the tray, that&#039;s why I didn&#039;t think I had it. Also thought had two icons in tray because I had two different ATI cards installed.&nbsp; &nbsp; </p><p>FYI, did download and install CrapCleaner .... sure was a lot of crap (on my machine)</p><p> live and learn (and don&#039;t fry it along the way)</p><p>Again, thanks</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>yep, it seems you have some applications running in the background. CrapCleaner is a good software, you can try to do it as explained above. You can also try to run an AntiVir or Spyware problem to see if the problem is a virus or other threat.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>If it does it every time the system boots up, I&#039;m certain the problem is in one of your startup programs. <br />I&#039;d recommend installing <a href="http://www.ccleaner.com/download/builds/downloading-slim">CrapCleaner</a> and running it.<br />It has a good registry cleaner and there&#039;s a tab under &quot;Tools-&gt;Startup&quot; that will list every startup item.&nbsp; Start by disabling (not deleting) one or two at a time and rebooting until your problem goes away; That&#039;s your culprit.</p>]]></content>

That is why I am posting this question.</p><p>Daughter&#039;s X-boyfriend built this computer about four years ago for her, I wound up with it, and she has no idea about problem.<br />It has a windows XP (SP3)op system, 3GB RAM, have 2 ATI graphic cards installed, ABIT NF7-S board and get the same message<br /> error message box displayed every time after login and after desktop opens with icons. </p><p>Title: Windows Help<br />Text: There is not enough memory available for this task.<br />Quit one or more programs to increase available memory, and then try again. (2)</p><p>Have no atiptaxx.exe icon to remove from system tray.
