If you are using 2003 as source make sure you have the latest storport update.

[BUG] HP Smart Array P400 PCI\VEN_103C&DEV_3230

The driver contained in DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_901.7z for the HP Smart Array P400 does not function. If I load the driver from DP_MassStorage_wnt5_x86-32_805.7z then the drive functions correctly when using UBCD4Win.
Can someone please verify the driver
