Our new Optiplex 960's purchased for work have been having some strange issues with streaming audio / playing audio / etc. since we picked em up. Turns out that we needed to disable the C State control on all of the systems to fix this.I know there are a lot of dell shops out there, so thought I would pass the word onto you if you run into anything similar.
