edit: sorry, as i've said in another thread, i'm now with m2 now, so probably will never have the chance to test this again. that being said, i'd recommend everyone to listen to what jeff has said to me: "slipstreaming the drivers VIA m2 continues to be the best method to add DriverPacks."

I've noticed the same thing. If I want to watch the progress I just shrink the window down just enough to see one whole section at a time and it moves pretty fast, though I assume it goes the fastest while minimized.

hello everybody. i've noticed in a sad disc the dpinst progress window starts minimized. is it just me, or minimized=100knots, maximized=20knots, maximizedfull=80knots?

in other words, when the window is maximized, it seems to go four times faster when in fullscreen mode (alt-enter) than when maximized to normal size. and i suppose minimized should go as fast or even faster than fullscreen maximized.

is it just the scrolling going faster in fullscreen mode, or the overall progress going faster?
