Many thanks for the information JakeLD. WLAN isn't really essential (nonetheless it's nice to see it working). Hope someone knowledgeable steps in.

To be honest Ceroni driverspacks WLAN is messy at the moment. There is so many duplicated hwids that it would be better if we created a new one from scratch. Last time I checked a broadcom wlan was duplicated 25 times....It takes time and we all very busy at the moment. I just hope someone could step up and start a new wlan pack.

Just edited this post's subject to reflect my current finds.
Graphics_A-B-C and WLAN do indeed work on some computers.
I'll do some more tests and report back.

Already running Paraglider's HWPnP and Joshua's wireless plugins. I don't think I need Paraglider's UpdateDevices since I'm using Sherpya's XPE (1.0.7). I'll keep trying. Many thanks again.

Yeah Hilander told me that there is a plugin that is required to support PnP devices...

I could not find the reference in the thousands of lines in my chat history with him (I looked )

Apparently it will not support sound and the other packs that are disabled ATM.
the plugin (i wish i could remember the name of it) will need updated for those to work...
the problem is not with the packs / plugins it is with BartPE

As i said already if you build with UBCD4Win the plugins work just fine

I'm not sure if it helps but I've just tried using Driver Import PE and it could detect and find the appropriate drivers inside DriverPacks 7z files but failed to install them (with the exception of MassStorage).

I just put in a call to highlander for the names of the required plugins
I'll respond here when he calls me back... Be sure to 'subscribe' to this post for the answer!

PS only the Intel graphics drivers are required (Which means you could prune DriverPack Graphics C down to just intel)
Because all the other graphics cards support VESA and don't actually require drivers
Although there may be benifits to useing PnP graphics drivers in certain cases...
It was recomended by the UBCD4Win team to include an 'option' in BASE to build the Graphics plugin with only Intel for this reason... I intend to make this a BASE feature in an upcomeing release

Welcome to DriverPacks and thanks so much for posting.

a vanilla bartpe will need some additional plugins to use PnP drivers.
I don't remember off the top of my head which ones exactly they are.

If you use UBCD4Win the prerequisite plugins are part of the default build, and the Graphics and WLAN packs will work.

You can ask them for help in obtaining and configureing the prerequisites (which is what i would have to do )

I've just tried integrating the DriverPacks into BartPE:
- BASE 8.12.4
- Graphics_A 8.12.1
- Graphics_B 8.12.1
- Graphics_C 8.12.1
- LAN 8.12.1
- MassStorage 9.01
- WLAN 8.06
- BartPE builder 3.1.10a
- Sherpya's XPE 1.0.7

Tested on 9 different computers so far (7 desktops, 2 laptops - chipset/video/lan/wlan from VIA, nVidia/nForce, Intel, ATI, Broadcom, etc).
LAN and MassStorage are working fine.
Graphics_A-B-C and WLAN aren't working.
