I wouldn't recommend it.  Realtek doesn't have a very successful history with Conexant. 
You really should try to grab any updated drivers directly from Toshiba's website.

If you got the slider all to the left and it's still not working, we have to figure out something else.

BTW: I assume the game has been patched to the latest version already.

I have a conexant high definition audio

and It works as well

but I have a proplem

when I want to play PES09 In my Toshiba laptop , a blue screen appers and the laptop restarts

I discoverd that this problem from my audio driver

because when I disable it the game works good but without audio

and I updated it but the problem didn't solved
