add sp2 and any other changes first then add DriverPacks as the very last thing before you burn.

I followed the instruction from http://users.telenet.be/jtdoom/basetute/Eng_tut6b.htm
and slipstreamed XP SP2.  I burned the Bootable CD and when tried installing, got error:

Could not register OLE Control C:\Windows.0\System32\rasenh.dll

Googling a bit, I saw below KB.  I am not sure what I did wrong or how to correct this.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

This behavior may occur if you use the ProfilesDir = "path to profile folder" unattend switch and the path you specified points to the CD-ROM drive during the installation. Under these conditions, Setup tries to access the CD-ROM drive while it is registering the Rsaenh.dll file. If media is not inserted into the CD-ROM drive at this time, you receive the error message that is listed in the "Symptoms" section of this article.
