OK - separate drivers are acceptable.

Can I then assume that Sound_A will be updated with the ATI HDMI drivers if/when the Catalyst Control Center and/or the ATI video drivers are themselves updated? I ask because the last time I looked at the Sound_A drivers, unless I missed the listing somewhere, did not include the latest from Realtek or AMD/ATI.

Thanks for all the work keeping the driver packs a geat product.

Got a new motherboard and two each Radeon HD4870 video cards connected in CrossFireX.

The motherboard manual shows a Front Panel Audio Connection Header and an S/PDIF Output Connection Header.

In Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers > there are two listings for ATI Function Driver for High Definition Audio - ATI AA01 and one listing for Realtek High Definition Audio.

Using this information I downloaded updated Realtek drivers and they installed with no problem.

When I went to the AMD/ATI site and checked for updated video drivers along with an updated Catalyst Control Center I noticed a posting for updated HDMI Audio drivers; which I downloaded and which installed successfully.

So, here's my question: when Driver Packs are updated for a new Catalyst Control Center does this also include the HDMI Audio drivers? I saw no listing in sound drivers for ATI HDMI Audio drivers so I'm assuming this may be a new set of drivers that should be included and updated; yes/no?

If these HDMI Audio drivers were included somewhere then please tell me where and forget my comments above.
