Bâshrat, you must just unzip file in to "lng" folder. May be some kind of manipulation that you made is the reason for this language mismach. I am sure that there will be a problem with the other cyrillic languages too.
Yes, that's why I've asked you to rename the file to the new format: '<language name in language> (<language name in English>).lng', because I cannot rename files using Cyrillic characters: I can copy/move them however. So please rename your file to the correct format.
